Taking place November 25th & 26th at MYSC

Malta Young Sailors Club is pleased to be hosting the 2017 MLCA Regatta at its premises in St Paul's Bay. If you wish to participate, please complete the online entry form below.

The entry fee for single handed boats is €15 and €20 for double handed boats. Payments are to be made on Saturday 25th November at the race office and all cheques are to be made payable to the Malta Young Sailors Club.

    Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See RRS Rule 4, “Decision to Race”. The organizing authority will not accept any liability for damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.

    By launching, competitors declare that they are fit and able to stand the present weather conditions. The fact that the race committee will provide rescue boats will not remove from competitors the responsibility they have accepted by participating in this regatta.

    Each competitor is individually responsible for wearing a personal flotation device adequate for the conditions. This flotation device shall be worn at all times when afloat. Wet suits or similar equipment will not be considered an adequate personal flotation device.

    Insurance is mandatory. The owner or charterer of a boat intending to take part in the regatta shall hold a marine legal liability insurance policy with respect to the boat whilst racing.
